Liquifi components
The functional parts that are placed on web pages (and on web templates), are components.
There are three kinds of components, speaking functionally.
1. System components
System components come with the Liquifi core. They are part of Liquifi.
Examples are: a title, a HTML editor, a navigation, a crumb path, ...
2. Liquifi components
Liquifi components are developed by the community and tested by the Liquifi team. They will be distributed via the Liquifi community app-store (for free, or flat fee). They provide important user functionality.
Examples are: a photo album , a news component, an event component, a blog component, a product catalogue ....
3. Client components
Client components are basically the same as Liquifi components, but developed on a custom-base for a single client. They may provide specific funtionality very specific for a single client. They are not necessarily distibuted through the app-store.
Remark that, allthough we make this functional distinction all these components have the same architecture. Technically spoken, they are the same kind of objects. this guarantees a very simple core architecture for Liquifi, with both system objects as user objects as a kind of system plugin.
